STEP 1: SUBMIT YOUR DESIGN
Send us a digital file (DXF, DWG, or PDF preferred), a hand-drawn sketch, or a sample part. If you don’t have a drawing, we can measure and digitize your part for you.
STEP 2: MATERIAL SELECTION
Choose from our in-stock gasket and rubber materials, or we’ll help you select the right option based on temperature, pressure, chemical exposure, or industry certifications.
STEP 3: PROGRAMMING & SETUP
Our technicians program the CNC equipment using your design file, calibrate the machine for your material, and prepare for cutting.
STEP 4: CUTTING & INSPECTION
Once cut, we inspect each part for accuracy, edge finish, and material integrity. If you need pressure testing, certification, or labeling, we’ll take care of that, too.
STEP 5: DELIVERY OR PICKUP
